2 bedrooms that were advertised as including 2 queens, all were actually full size beds, which as you can imagine required various couples to have to sleep in separate beds for the entire week. Along with the full beds not being queens, the room listed with two kings, did not exist. There were various other issues (including not having a pool side bathroom as advertised, an important characteristic for us with the kids), The mgt co. poo pooed these highly misrepresented property features and basically dismissed our concerns and wouldn’t agree to any accommodation for us. We highly recommend you don’t deal with these people.

Very nice house overall, clean, lots of entertainment for kids. Ice maker/water on refrigerator is non working, cigarette ashes on the outdoor tables, trash left over in the outdoor trash cans. The pool vacuum was non-working, lots of debris in pool, previous tenants trash was left in hot tub. The fire alarm started beeping non-stop for most of the day, maintenance was very responsive to fix the problem. The spa/hot tub takes a very long time to heat, the pool was ice cold despite paying 150 per day for pool heat, management claims you can only use the spa or the pool, not both? Makes no sense. In all honesty, I don't think the pool even has a heater. The greeter never showed up to greet, we tried to resolve the issues with the management co. but nothing was done. It would be a great house to rent during warm temps but be prepared to take a cold swim during the early spring. Do not pay extra for anything offered, it won't happen.
